  6. Note: This tool was written by Richard Millican
  7.       and is (c) 1994 Richard Millican. Although
  8.       I work for Computer Concepts, this product
  9.       is not a Computer Concepts product. It was
  10.       entirely developed be me in my own time
  11.       using the excellent ArtWorks SDK.
  12.       
  13.       It may be freely distributed, provided all
  14.       the files are supplied and remain un-modified.
  15.       Note however:

  17.       If any PD libraries, software magazine disks,
  18.         etc... are going to use it, they MUST send
  19.         me a copy of the disk that it's going on.
  20.      
  21.       If Acorn User want to use it they MUST grant
  22.         me the oportunity of doing a Jill Regan
  23.         interview - come on, she lives 200 yards
  24.         from my office !
  25.      
  26.       If Archimedes World want to use it they MUST
  27.         send me a cheque for at least £100.
  28.  
  29.       If Beebug are going to use it to do a
  30.         promotion, they MUST send me a free
  31.         computer (or copy of Ovation Pro).

  33.       If Watford Electronics are going to start a
  34.         PD library, they are NOT ALLOWED to put
  35.         this software on it.

  41. 1. Copy the !Splatter directory into your !Artworks
  42. auto sub-directory.
  43.  
  44. 2. Run ArtWorks.
  45.  
  46. 3. Click on the splatter tool and splatter away...

  50. I was originally going to make this Shareware, but
  51. couldn't be bothered. In fact I couldn't even be
  52. bothered to make it available... Hey, but now it's
  53. 1996 and I've got a website, so what better way to
  54. let people get their mitts on it ?

  56. Seriously though, if you find the tool useful, any
  57. donations would be gratefully received.

  59. If you can't afford to send me money, pizza vouchers
  60. or whatever, send a postcard to CC saying how much
  61. you enjoy using the splatter tool. Address it to
  62. 'The Coffee Mahine, Computer Concepts, Gaddesden
  63. Place, Hemel, Herts, HP2 6EX, ENGLAND'. If it's
  64. at all pretty or down-right disgusting and illegal,
  65. it'll get put where we can all see it. If enough
  66. people send postcards, I might even release my
  67. BASIC to C compiler which was bloody good and
  68. worked rather well...

  90. released it before ? Is it still as slow as it
  91. was ? Should I write one for CorelXara ? Is
  92. CorelXara a bad word in Acorn circles ? Do you
  93. want to see my BASIC to C converter in all its
